Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, brand management, new product development (NPD), and integrated marketing communication initiatives to support business growth and strengthen the company’s brand portfolio.
This role is responsible for leading cross-functional marketing projects, driving consumer engagement, analyzing market opportunities, and ensuring effective execution of marketing activities aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company business objectives
- Manage and strengthen brand positioning, brand awareness, and brand equity
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities
- Develop short-term and long-term marketing plans and communication strategies
New Product Development (NPD)
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to commercialization
- Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, QA, Production, Supply Chain, and Sales teams
- Ensure successful product launches within timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Monitor product performance after launch and recommend improvement actions
Marketing Communication
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Manage agencies, media partners, and suppliers to ensure effective campaign execution
- Ensure all marketing communication materials comply with brand guidelines and company standards
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness
Consumer Insight & Business Analysis
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and marketing data
- Monitor campaign performance and marketing effectiveness
- Prepare sales performance reports, marketing analysis, and strategic recommendations
Commercial & Business Support
- Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to support business growth
- Support promotional planning, pricing strategy, and channel development
- Monitor sales performance and recommend improvement plans
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage and control marketing budgets effectively
- Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign ROI
- Ensure marketing expenses are aligned with approved budgets
Team Management & Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members
- Build strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within assigned timelines
